This lovely riding habit was first spotted in the 1998 adaptation of Wuthering Heights, where it was seen on Orla Brady as Cathy Earnshaw, though it is very possible that this costume originated from an earlier production. The costume appeared again in 2017 on Ruby Bentall as Verity in the third season of Poldark.
