This doublet was first spotted on Aneurin Barnard as Richard Duke of Gloucester in the 2013 mini-series The White Queen, though it may have originated from an earlier production. The costume was used again in the 2017 production of The White Princess, where it was seen on Anthony Flanagan as Francis Lovell.
